Half Smoked Ham

Ham

2-3 Hours

Hams are fully cooked and can last refrigerated for up to 5 days or 1-2 months frozen. Can be consumed hot or cold.

Oven
Remove from the refrigerator and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. Add 1/2 inch of water to the pan for moisture and preheat oven to 325 degrees.

For a regular ham, heat in the oven for approximately 1 hour. For a large ham, heat for approximately 1.5 hours. Once the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, apply additional Fatbacks Maple Glaze (if desired), and place back in oven for 10 minutes. Take out and let stand for 10 minutes prior to carving.
