Smoked Turkey in Pans

Turkey

2-3 Hours

Turkeys are fully cooked and can last refrigerated for up to 5 days or 1-2 months frozen. These can be consumed hot or cold.

Oven
Remove from the refrigerator and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. Add 1/2 inch of water to the pan for moisture and preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

For a regular turkey, heat in the oven for approximately 1 hour. For a large turkey, heat for approximately 1.5 hours. Take out once the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, and let stand for 10 minutes prior to carving.
