Ribs

Oven
Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Leave ribs wrapped in film, or wrap in aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. If cut in singles, place entire covered pan into oven or place uncut full racks on a rimmed cookie sheet and leave in the oven for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, turn ribs over and continue to heat for an additional 15 minutes. Take ribs out of the oven, remove from wrap or foil if necessary, and place back in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 155°F degrees has been reached. Apply additional sauce as needed.
Microwave
Place cut rib singles on a microwave safe tray and heat for 60-90 seconds. Flip over with tongs and repeat until hot. Apply additional sauce as needed.
