Place covered pan of macaroni in oven at 275 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes and check the temperature and looseness (moisture) of the macaroni. If under 145 degrees, replace in oven and continue heating, periodically checking every 15-20 minutes.

Once temperature reaches approximately 145 degrees, take out of oven. Pork or Brisket may be reheated in the oven by following instructions as directed on sheet.

Reheating at a higher temperature may be done, however, doing so may cause macaroni to dry out or become mushy. Do so with caution.
